SKS values your privacy. We collect only the minimal data our three bots — Sudu Thaththi, Sara and Kukku Patiya — need to function properly.
1. Data We Collect
We automatically process and store minimal Discord metadata:
- User IDs: to manage per-user settings and commands.
- Server (Guild) IDs: to maintain server-specific configurations and queues.
- Voice channel activity: which bot is active where, so the handoff system works.
- Command usage logs: anonymous logs used only for error checking and debugging.
We do not read or store the contents of your text messages, and we do not record voice channel audio.
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used strictly to deliver bot features, keep the three-bot handoff running, and prevent abuse of commands.
3. Access Requests
If you submit the "Request Bot Access" form, the Discord username and email you provide are stored only until your request has been processed.
4. Data Removal Request & Contact
If you wish to purge your data or have inquiries, contact the SKS team through the "Request Bot Access" form on this site, or via Discord.

By inviting or using any of the SKS music bots — Sudu Thaththi, Sara or Kukku Patiya — in your server, you agree to adhere to these terms and Discord's Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Usage
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
- Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or overload the bot infrastructure.
- Using the bots for illegal activities or policy-violating automated tasks.
- Spamming bot commands or abusing the queue and handoff system.
- Requesting or streaming content that infringes copyright.
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime across the three-bot squad, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
4. Content & Copyright
Audio is streamed from third-party sources at the request of users. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you request complies with applicable copyright law.
5. Termination
Access may be limited or revoked for servers or users that violate these terms or Discord's own policies.
